Welcome to Whitley Custom Homes, where we’ve built more than 150 dream homes over the last 20 years. Our founder Todd Whitley began building homes right here in Warner Robins in 1998. Our business was founded on a simple principle: Our family would only build homes that we were willing to move into.
In the early days of the business we’d put a for sale sign in our yard and in the yard of the home we were building. If our home sold, we’d simply move into the new house. If the other house sold, we would then begin building another with the same concept.
This philosophy is what enabled us to successfully navigate the housing crash of 2008. We built quality homes that we would be proud to live in. We never cut corners. We never hid anything from our clients. Our customer service was, and still is, industry leading. The result? While home builders around us went bankrupt, our little business thrived.

Located in Houston County about 100 miles south of Atlanta, Warner Robins is a great place to raise a family.
